Securing your Forex VPS

Your VPS holds your broker logins and runs your money-making EAs, so it's worth a few minutes to secure it properly.

On your account

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in Settings — it adds a code from your authenticator app at sign-in.
• Use a unique, strong password you don't reuse elsewhere.

On the VPS itself

• Change the initial VPS password after your first login, or reset it from the dashboard.
• Don't install unrelated software — keep it a clean trading machine.
• Use the 'Disconnect' shortcut instead of leaving sessions logged in on shared computers.
